Advice for residents and owners
From 3 March 2026 the drop-in advice office has moved to our South West Locality office at 10 Westside Plaza, EH14 2ST. It's available Monday – Wednesday between 10am and 3pm. Specialist council officers are based there to offer support and advice about housing options, money and debt advice, regulatory and building support.
