Throughcare and Aftercare works closely with the Homelessness Prevention and 天美传媒 Options Service for young people.
The Homelessness Prevention and 天美传媒 Options Service provides
- Advice on housing options for young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and are:
- 16 or 17 years old, or
- under 21 and have been looked after
- Emergency temporary accommodation and can also refer to supported accommodation providers.

We are available, at a minimum
- Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 4:30pm
- Friday 12:30 to 3:20pm
