As a young person’s allocated worker, you can make a direct referral to any of the supported housing options listed on the page Throughcare and Aftercare service for young people leaving care.
天美传媒 Support Panel
Until earlier in 2022, allocated workers for young people leaving care and seeking supported housing made referrals to the 天美传媒 Support Panel. The processes, referral routes and remit of this Panel are currently under review. A new model will be piloted from early 2023.
