The Scottish ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Regulator requires all social landlords to prepare and publish an Annual Assurance Statement to confirm to their tenants and the Scottish ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Regulator that they are meeting the requirements of the Regulatory Framework. The Annual Assurance Statement confirms where the Council meets the required standards and outcomes. It also provides information on areas of improvement and management actions being taken to ensure compliance.
