Returning Officer for the City of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½
Paul Lawrence is the Constituency Returning Officer for Scottish Parliament election to constituencies within the City of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Council area. He is also Regional Returning Officer for the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ and Lothians East Region, which includes the six ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ constituencies, two in East Lothian and one in Midlothian.
The Returning Officer (RO) is the person with overall responsibility for the Election.
