- The Film Charter sets out how the Council and the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Film Office will facilitate filmmaking in ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. In particular, the Film Charter sets out the principle that any fees charged for the use of Council properties or services by filmmakers will be fair and proportionate.
