Project timescales
Work began on site at Phase 1 in September 2009 and completed in February 2012.
Work began on Phase 2 in March 2014 and completed in July 2015.
Number of homes
Phase 1- 193 homes with a mix of one and two bedroom flats. Phase 2- 60 homes for mid market rent.
