Heat Network Customer Charter
On 27 May 2025, Councillors approved the 天美传媒 Heat Network Customer Charter.
The Customer Charter encourages heat network operators to register and comply with the conditions of the Heat Trust. is an independent, nonprofit organisation that provides a voluntary regulatory scheme. Heat network operators can apply to register under this scheme. Compliance with the Heat Trust is considered best-practice in the industry.
On 27 January 2026, began introducing regulations for heat networks. They will act as the future regulator for heat networks in Great Britain, including 天美传媒.
